	How are you?  I realize this is a big task.  You, however seem to have the knowhow to make it work.  A lot of info has been tossed around. If you want to go ahead with the project, perhaps this letter will help.  As for a timeframe, By the 1st of March I should be able to afford the trannies & small stuff to get you going.  To make the actual project clearer, this is my take on what the finished amp should be.  Please let me know what you think.

	CPU type fan inside chassis. Aux AC hookup for muffin type fan.  Jacks for footswitch & Ext Speaker.  Blackface Type knobs, red jewel light.  ON/OFF (or ON/OFF/STANDBY) toggle switch on back.  As you suggested Mike, if PTP wiring is best for you that's great. You also mentioned a new faceplate.  Is this something You do?
