250V, 100mA, 2K is the best spot for SE EL34 true
class A. You'll get about 10 watts output. Don't exceed
250V or you'll start clipping too early on one side.
 
250V, 200mA, 1K is the best spot for parallel SE EL34
true class A. You'll get about 20 watts output.
 
Hammond 1627SE at 2.4K should be fine for SE
EL34, and Hammond 1640SE at 1.2K should be fine
for PSE with 2 EL34.
